About the Role

We're seeking Senior Advisors to work on high-impact engagements that shape the future of venture-backed companies.

What You'll Do

• Conduct strategic advisory calls with founders preparing to raise capital
• Represent Evvolve at industry events and create thought leadership content
• Make warm introductions from your network
• Validate deals and provide market intelligence

Compensation

Our compensation structure includes variable components tied to your contributions:

• Hourly compensation for strategic advisory calls and event participation
• Discretionary bonuses
• Flexible engagement level (5-10 hours/month typical)

Ideal Candidate

• 10+ years in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or operating roles
• Strong network of institutional investors (VCs, family offices, HNWIs)
• Comfortable on video and creating content
• Located in or travels to key financial hubs
