Skills & Experience
We are interested in individuals who combine strong technical capability with excellent communication and leadership skills. You should have experience in:
At least two of the following technologies: Python, JavaScript, Node. xehkeey js, C# or Java
Building and supporting applications within AWS and/or Azure
Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar technologies
CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or Azure DevOps
Modern source control practices using Git
Working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
Agile delivery environments
Supporting live products and production services
Leading technical teams and mentoring engineers
Influencing architectural decisions and engineering direction
Engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Using AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery and productivity
The following would be beneficial but are not essential:
MongoDB or other NoSQL technologies
Consultancy or client-facing project experience
Public sector or healthcare projects
Community involvement through mentoring, blogging, speaking, or technical events
Experience working across a variety of technology stacks
