Strong written and verbal communication that is clear, structured, and practical
UI and UX design capability with the ability to explain choices and trade offs
Comfortable bridging business context and technical constraints

Experience in manufacturing or Food and Beverage environments
Understanding of how production operations work in practice
Technical background that is useful
Knowledge of ERP concepts and core functionality
Familiarity with a Microsoft stack such as C# and SQL Server
Experience using Figma or similar tools for interface and prototyping work
What success looks like in this role
You will do well if you can take a requirement from idea to something a team can confidently deliver, balancing usability, technical realities, and what matters most to the people using the system
