We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator / Programme Support professional to join a major high-profile digital retail transformation programme based in Central London.
This role will support the delivery of a large-scale customer-facing online retail platform, helping coordinate workstreams, stakeholders, governance, planning and delivery activity across a fast-paced programme environment.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst / Junior Project Manager
- Strong eCommerce background , ideally working on transactional websites, apps or digital commerce platforms
- Experience delivering digital retail or customer-facing online platform projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and reporting skills
- Experience within the Rail sector
- Exposure to ticketing, travel, transport or regulated consumer services
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes
