- Modelling & Design: BPMN 2.0, UML, service blueprinting, capability modelling.
- Automation & AI Tools including Low-code/no-code, tools for BA tasks, and platform-embedded AI.
- Analytics & Documentation Tools: Miro, Figma, Visio, Lucidchart, Power BI, Excel.
- Delivery & Collaboration: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint.
- Platforms: ServiceNow, Halo, and other modern ESM platforms.
- Demonstrable experience in operating model definition and implementation.
- Consulting or change‑heavy environment experience.
- Contribution to strategic deliverables (strategies, business cases, operating models).
