Core experience required:
- Commercial experience using C# and the .NET framework (ideally .NET Core).
- Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly SQL Server.
- Experience working with or understanding of APIs and service-based design.
- A thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to development.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Exposure to Azure or an interest in cloud technologies.
- Some experience with frontend or web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript or similar).
- Awareness of CI/CD practices or containerisation tools.
