We re seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with proven Platform Sharing & Visibility expertise to lead complex, high-impact Salesforce programmes across secure UK government environments.
you'll play a pivotal role in shaping technical design, defining governance standards, and ensuring secure, scalable Salesforce architecture that aligns with compliance and data protection requirements. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce architectural design, focusing on sharing, visibility, access controls, and security model optimisation.
• Define and enforce best practices for role hierarchies, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and data access policies.
• Work closely with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to align Salesforce architecture with UK government security standards.
• Support the implementation and configuration of complex multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
• Conduct technical design reviews, solution governance, and ensure reusability and maintainability across projects.
• Mentor delivery teams and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, scalable Salesforce designs.

• Experience as a Salesforce Architect.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sharing & Visibility, including the latest Platform Architect and Sharing & Visibility Architect certifications.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex security models in large-scale Salesforce environments.
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce within high-security or regulated industries (public sector, defence, or financial services).
• Active or previous SC Clearance (mandatory), or the ability to obtain SC.
• Salesforce certifications such as:
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Salesforce Certified System Architect
• Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect
