Contract – 6 months| £650 per day Inside IR35
Remote | Active and transferable SC Clearance required

Exalto Consulting are looking for an experienced Senior Bid Manager to support a major UK Government programme, leading the end-to-end delivery of high-value change proposals within a secure environment.

This is a key role responsible for managing complex bids and change proposals from initial request through to customer approval, working closely with technical, commercial and delivery teams to produce high-quality, commercially sound responses.

Key details:

• Contract role
• Inside IR35
• Home-based, with very occasional travel to London (every few months)
• Initial 6-month contract
• Active transferable SC Clearance required

Key experience required:

• Extensive experience managing complex bids and change proposals within secure Government environments
• Strong proposal management skills from initiation through to customer sign-off
• Experience coordinating technical, commercial and delivery teams
• Commercial awareness with the ability to shape competitive, deliverable proposals
• Experience producing high-quality proposal documentation and managing multiple concurrent bids
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing budgets, estimates, timelines and proposal governance
• Previous experience with STEP processes and SSDM development is highly desirable

This role would suit an experienced Senior Bid Manager who enjoys working in fast-paced, highly secure programmes and has the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while delivering high-quality proposals to demanding timescales.
