Senior Business Analyst - Contract Location: Leeds (Hybrid)
Rate: Up to £475 per day (inside IR35)

*Must have experience within the NHS*

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support NHS transformation and organisational change programmes. You will work as part of a consulting team delivering strategic change and operating model design for NHS clients.

Key eesponsibilities:

• Lead business analysis activity across large-scale NHS change projects
• Gather and define business requirements and process improvements
• Support the design and delivery of new operating models and transformation initiatives
• Produce clear documentation including business cases, process maps and recommendations

Skills and experience xperience:

• Experience as a Business Analyst within NHS projects
• Background in organisational change or operating model work
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills
• Experience in agile or traditional delivery settings
