Security & Network Engineer

Are you passionate about IT and love solving problems? At Excel London, we're looking for a Network Support Technician to keep our world-class venue connected and running seamlessly.

What you'll do:

Provide first & second-line IT support for staff and contractors

Maintain servers, PCs, and network infrastructure

Install/configure hardware & software, manage backups, and ensure security

Support applications and assist with exciting IT projects

What we're looking for:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Experience with Windows environments, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

Knowledge of firewalls, routers, and security best practices

Ability to learn new technologies quickly

Nice to have: Active Directory, SQL, Exchange experience, MCSE certification
