🚢 Principal Product Manager – Command & Control Systems | London (Hybrid)
We are a fearless, innovation-driven technology company transforming operations at sea — and we're looking for a Principal Product Manager to define and lead our Command & Control
product ecosystem.
This is not your average PM role. You'll be shaping how control systems, mission management, simulation and digital replication connect to deliver a cohesive, scalable and safe product suite for remote and autonomous maritime operations.
What you'll own:
- The end-to-end product ecosystem vision and strategy across all command and control capabilities
- Alignment between software, systems, autonomy and operational workflows
- Cross-disciplinary teams translating operational ambitions into scalable, testable, safe system capabilities
- Governance practices ensuring traceability, risk visibility and coherent delivery
- Architecture and interface decisions balancing flexibility, performance and reliability
- Integration, simulation and digital lifecycle practices that accelerate learning and feedback
What we're looking for:
- Experienced product leader with a track record in complex robotics automation — concept to real-world operation
- Experience working in Maritime, Automotive, Smart Warehousing or any other industry that is driving Robotics automation
- Experience in ROS would be highly desirable
- Strong in systems thinking — able to see relationships, dependencies and value flows across diverse technologies
- Comfortable moving between product vision and delivery execution
- Skilled at engaging both technical and commercial stakeholders
- Desirable: experience in large-scale control or command systems, autonomy, remote operations, simulation or digital twin technology
- Familiarity with agile product development for high-reliability or safety-critical systems
