Part of this strategy is to hire an exceptional Product Manager to lead zero-to-one initiatives and unlock world-changing impact through inspired product innovation. What will you be doing?
As the Product Manager, you will take ownership acting as the 'mini-CEO' of the product.
- Leading customer discovery, interviews, problem framing, and hypothesis-driven research.
- Creating mission, vision, and strategy for entirely new product concepts.
- Shaping and testing early MVPs using prototypes, experiments, and lean methods.
- Exploring multiple problem spaces, uncovering opportunities through insight-led discovery.
- Collaborating closely with UX and Engineering to co-design solutions that truly serve customer needs.
- Delivering strong commercial outcomes through validated business cases and opportunity sizing.
- Driving early go-to-market thinking, ensuring impactful launches and adoption.
- Operating in ambiguity with messy problem statements - cutting through noise to create clarity, direction, and momentum.
Are you the ideal candidate?
- A strategic, discovery-driven Product Manager with proven 0→1 experience in B2B SaaS.
- Strong in customer interviews, JTBD, experimentation, prototyping, and validation.
- Motivated by complex problem spaces and comfortable shaping products from scratch.
- Commercial and risk-taking mindset, able to build and ship quickly.
- Confident partnering with Design and UX to create inspired, user-centred product experiences.
- A strong communicator who can influence senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Creative, determined, and assured - able to turn ambiguity into forward momentum.
- Energised by meaningful global impact and high-stakes product leadership.
- Able to work hybrid from the London office.
