What will you be doing?

• Driving sales growth across Europe by engaging with leading container vessel and Ro-Ro operators.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the maritime sector.
• Presenting unique, technology-driven solutions that enhance vessel safety, operational efficiency, and sustainability.
• Developing and executing creative go-to-market strategies to expand presence in new and existing markets.
• Collaborating closely with internal technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience from first contact to delivery.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Proven success in sales within the maritime, shipping, or vessel technology sectors — ideally with experience selling into container vessel and Ro-Ro markets .
• Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven approach.
• Skilled in solution-based sales , particularly for technology or systems improving operational performance and safety.
• Confident, persuasive communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Able to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
