Job title: Senior Product (UI/UX) Designer

Location: London - 3 days a week access into London Bridge office

Please note: This is a permanent hire and the position will be offered on a 12 month fixed term basis (high likelihood of extension). Package includes competitive base salary, bonus and benefits.

They are seeking to hire Senior Product Designers to lead the design and improvement of their complex B2B platform. This role offers the opportunity to work with a highly innovative team focused on delivering very high quality work.

What will you be doing?

• Lead the design and improvement of complex B2B platforms, creating seamless, efficient user journeys
• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, engaging directly with product managers and developers to understand and solve business problems
• Improving and maintaining design systems with a business-driven, outcome-focused mindset
• Presenting and advocating user-focused solutions in a distributed, multi-cultural environment
• Putting your creative and pragmatic approach to work on real-world industry-shaping projects, from blue-sky ideas to process optimisation

Experience needed:

• 5 years+ UI/UX experience designing functional and scalable B2B products – not just pretty interfaces!
• Strong experience designing efficient, user-focused solutions (not just tools or trendy visuals)
• Can take feedback onboard and comfortably challenge ideas when needed
• Experience working in distributed, culturally diverse teams – inspired by collaboration
• Determined, self-motivated and open communicator
• Must have a strong portfolio of work detailing user flows and wireframes
