We are now seeking a strategic and results-oriented hunter to spearhead our new business acquisition efforts across Europe.The OpportunityAs our new VP of Business Development, you will be a pivotal leader in our growth story. This is a senior, hands-on hunting role designed for an originator who thrives on the challenge of building a pipeline from scratch and closing complex, high-value BPO deals. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new long-term partnerships with enterprise-level clients, directly contributing to the company's market expansion and revenue targets.Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Hunting & Origination: Actively hunt and originate new sales opportunities within the assigned region. Build a robust and qualified pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic targeting of potential enterprise clients.
  • End-to-End Deal Leadership: Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, contract signing, and seamless handover to the delivery team.
  • Strategic Solutioning: Architect and propose compelling, multi-service blended outsourcing solutions (e.g., combining F&A, IT, Customer Service, and Data Analytics) that address complex client challenges and deliver measurable ROI.
  • C-Level Engagement: Develop and foster strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers, positioning our organisation as a strategic partner rather than just a vendor.
  • Market Intelligence: Serve as the voice of the market, providing insights on competitor activity, emerging client needs, and industry trends to shape our future service offerings and go-to-market strategy.
  • Pipeline & Forecast Management: Maintain an accurate and dynamic sales forecast, providing regular and transparent reporting to the global leadership team on pipeline status, deal progression, and revenue projections.

  • You are a proven BPO hunter with a documented history of winning and closing major outsourcing deals.
  • Proven Track Record: A demonstrable history of consistently achieving and exceeding multi-million-pound sales targets in a BPO or global outsourcing environment.
  • Hunter Mentality: A genuine passion and proven ability for originating new business. You are self-motivated, resilient, and driven by the pursuit of new logos.
  • BPO Sales Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience in selling large-scale, complex BPO deals. Your CV will detail specific deals you have originated and closed.
  • Blended Solution Specialist: Direct experience in structuring and selling blended outsourcing solutions that incorporate multiple service lines into a single, cohesive proposal.
  • Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation and deal-structuring skills, with experience in navigating complex legal and commercial terms.
  • Senior Presence: Polished and persuasive communicator, with the credibility and gravitas to engage and influence C-suite audiences.
  • Geographical Flexibility: Based in, or willing to relocate to, the UK or Germany, with the ability to travel across Europe as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in a dedicated BPO sales/hunting role.
  • A verifiable portfolio of won BPO deals with contract values in excess of £5m.
  • Experience selling to multiple industry verticals is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German or another European language is a strong asset.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: Circa £145,000 (dependent on experience and location)
