About the Role
We are working on behalf of a leading global provider of cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, helping organisations streamline HR, payroll, talent, time, tax, and benefits processes through innovative technology and deep industry expertise.
We are now hiring an HCM Solution Sales Specialist to support the launch of an exciting next-generation HCM platform. Built in the public cloud and leveraging low-code technology, this solution is designed to transform how organisations manage their people.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact, newly created role focused on driving new business growth for a cutting-edge HCM solution entering the market.
You will play a key role in positioning the platform, articulating its value, and engaging with enterprise-level organisations to deliver transformational outcomes. Working closely with sales, consulting, product, and marketing teams, you’ll identify opportunities, shape solutions, and close complex deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead large, complex sales cycles across the full HCM suite
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Partner with business consultants to analyse client needs and align solutions
- Deliver compelling value propositions and product positioning to senior stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in HCM or HR technology sales
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex environments
- Experience selling into large enterprise or national accounts
- Understanding of large-scale HCM implementations
- Background in HR consultancy (desirable)
