Location: Hybrid, two days per week in SE London office

Reporting to: Marketing Director

Do you thrive on delivering high-quality events that not only run flawlessly but also generate pipeline and commercial opportunity?

Are you a highly organised events professional who can manage multiple exhibitions, trade shows and customer events simultaneously without losing control of the detail?

ABOUT EXEROS TECHNOLOGIES

Exeros Technologies is a UK leading provider of vehicle safety, video telematics and AI-powered fleet solutions. For over 15 years, the company has been helping fleets reduce risk, improve compliance and enhance operational visibility through its advanced dash camera and video analytics products.

With recent investment from Pembroke VCT, Exeros is entering a transformational phase. Evolving from a hardware-led business into a SaaS-first, product-led enterprise built around its flagship platform, VideMatics, an AI-enhanced telematics solution redefining fleet intelligence.

Exeros partners with major organisations including the AA, National Highways, the RAC, TfL and Scottish Power among more than 200 other fleets. The company is now seeking an experienced Event Marketing Manager to support this next phase of growth and operational transformation.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a dedicated events role for someone who lives and breathes event logistics and takes genuine satisfaction in delivering flawlessly executed, commercially impactful events. Above all else, we are looking for two things: exceptional organisational ability and an eagerness to help our organisation become more successful in events.

The right candidate will be structured, proactive and relentlessly thorough. We need someone who builds the plan, executes the plan and spots the problems before they happen.

You will own our events calendar from brief to debrief. That means sourcing, supplier management, attendee communications, on-the-day logistics and post-event reporting. You will work closely with the demand generation manager and commercial teams to ensure every event lands with impact and delivers against clear objectives.

This is not an administrative role. You will continuously improve how we execute events, helping us raise quality, consistency and commercial impact year-on-year.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the Demand Generation Manager to ensure events support wider demand generation and pipeline objectives
  • Coordinate pre-booked meetings and sales engagement activity ahead of trade shows and exhibitions
  • Support commercial teams onsite to maximise networking opportunities, lead generation and customer engagement
  • Ensure effective lead capture, reporting and rapid post-event follow-up processes are in place
  • Track and report on event ROI, lead quality, pipeline contribution and overall commercial performance and ROI of events
  • Continuously improve how events contribute to demand generation, pipeline growth and revenue outcomes
  • Plan, coordinate and project manage end-to-end logistics for company events from initial briefing through to post-event wrap-up
  • Manage supplier relationships, venue sourcing, attendee communications and on-the-day event delivery
  • Maintain detailed event timelines, budgets and task trackers to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Coordinate production of event collateral with internal and external creative resources
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual and event outputs
  • Support wider event-related marketing activity including social promotion, award submissions and coordination of creative assets where required

CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are specifically looking for someone who sees events as a commercial growth channel rather than purely a brand or coordination function. The ideal candidate will understand how to execute events that not only run smoothly operationally but also generate pipeline, support sales conversations and deliver measurable business impact.

You are likely to be an experienced Events Manager or Event Marketing Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an events or similar role. You take pride in being organised, communicate clearly and thrive in a fast-moving scale-up environment. You do not need to be an expert in every discipline listed, but you do need to demonstrate genuine enthusiasm to learn and a proven track record of following through on detail.

You are likely to have experience in the following:

  • Project Management
  • Event Planning
  • Sourcing and Managing vendors
  • Industry Tradeshows
  • Hosted client events

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to organise, prioritise and track multiple concurrent events and workstreams
  • Exceptional personal organisation and attention to detail across logistical, written and visual output
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication
  • Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
  • A proactive approach - you spot what needs doing and do it without being asked
  • Ability to take feedback well and apply it quickly
  • A genuine eagerness to grow - you are motivated by learning new skills and taking on new challenges

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience planning and delivering B2B events, trade shows or exhibitions within a marketing, commercial or operational environment
  • Experience working in a small team where wearing multiple hats is the norm
  • Bonus points for experience with HubSpot and Asana or other similar project management tools

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • As well as an inclusive, supportive place for you to work, we offer a range of benefits:
  • Highly competitive salary with the opportunity to help shape the company’s future
  • 28 days paid annual leave (includes Christmas shutdown), excluding bank holidays
  • Exposure to the very latest vehicle technology with a learning and development budget for further professional development
  • Workplace pension scheme
  • Hybrid working, with ideally 2 days per week in our London office
  • Recognition and rewards for doing great work and adhering to our values
