This role is critical in driving that transformationstrengthening our global controls environment through insight-led decision-making, innovative technology, and strong stakeholder engagement. You'll work across functions to influence outcomes, manage key projects, and ensure controls are effective, scalable, and future-ready.Work that matters What you'll be doingLead and manage key projects enhancing controls through data, automation, and AIEngage and influence a broad range of global stakeholders across Risk, Audit, and TechnologyEmbed AI-driven solutions to automate and optimise controls testing and monitoringApply advanced data analytics to evaluate control performance and identify emerging risksDevelop reporting frameworks and scalable, governed automation solutionsQualifications What you'll need to bring to the role & ExperianStrong technical expertise in data analytics, automation, and AI, including advanced Python skillsProven experience delivering end-to-end projects in data and automationStrong understanding of risk & controls frameworks, ideally within a regulated environmentExperience developing analytical and automation solutions that drive measurable outcomesMore about youDelivery-focused, with strong ownership of projects and outcomesAble to translating technical insights into business valueExperience in managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and competing demandsStrong governance and risk mindsetExperience working in a regulated environment would be advantageousAdditional Information Hybrid role - 40% office baseGreat compensation package and discretionary bonus planCore benefits include pension, BUPA healthcare and more25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysInternal: D/EB8Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
