Required Skills

• Must be a UK National with minimum 5 years unbroken residency
• SC Clearance
• Strong experience as: Network/Security Architect High-level designer
• Providing 3rd-line support SME-level technical support Strong documentation & communication skills
• Experience mentoring and coaching SMEs Technical leadership in developing network solution blueprints
• Working knowledge of industry standards: ITU ETSI 3GPP ORAN
• Ability to operate across multiple telecom domains: 4G/LTE 5G Core IMS 3G/4G/5G RAN ORAN 5G Mobile Edge Transport HFC SDN OSS/BSS functions
• Ability to work cross domain to create technical blueprints & value propositions for clients

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience working in the UK Public Sector
• Strong understanding of Hybrid Cloud for telecom
• Knowledge of applying AI, ML, and automation in telecom operations
