Principal / Senior Technology RecruiterAltrincham | Hybrid (Wednesday & Thursday in office)At Experis, we are more than a traditional recruitment business.We operate as a Technology and Talent Solutions Partner, helping organisations solve complex capability challenges across Cloud, Cyber, Data, Business Change & Transformation, and Enterprise Technology.This role sits within one of our Strategic Accounts delivery teams, supporting a global consultancy client where scale, credibility and delivery excellence genuinely matter.The opportunityThis is a delivery-first, 180 recruitment role, built for experienced recruiters who want impact without sales distraction.You'll operate within an established Strategic Account framework, stepping into a live, high-volume environment with consistent demand, senior stakeholder access and clear delivery expectations. There is no business development, desk-building or client acquisition.Your value comes from execution, judgement and delivery influence.You will:Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a range of technology roles, from mid-level to senior positions.Manage high volumes with pace, accuracy and controlBuild and maintain high-quality candidate pipelinesInfluence hiring outcomes through market insight and delivery credibilityOperate autonomously within agreed processes, SLAs and frameworksA solutions-led environmentWhat makes Experis different is how we operate.
