Salesforce Developer – Financial Services Cloud / Marketing Cloud

Location: Glasgow (hybrid working)

Salary: Up to £78,000 + benefits

An established UK‐based financial services organisation is investing heavily in Salesforce as a strategic platform and is expanding its internal Salesforce team as part of a multi‐year transformation programme.

The business is moving ownership of Salesforce in‐house and is now seeking a Salesforce Developer to join its Glasgow-based team, working across Financial Services Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for building and evolving Salesforce solutions that support key customer and business processes, working closely with technical and non‐technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and enhancing Salesforce functionality across FSC and/or Marketing Cloud
• Building Apex, LWC, Flows and automation
• Supporting integrations and data‐led use cases
• Contributing to solution design and technical standards
• Playing a key role in in‐house capability build‐out

What We’re Looking For

• Hands‐on experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Experience with FSC and/or Marketing Cloud
• Strong Apex and Lightning development skills
• Exposure to enterprise or complex Salesforce environments
• Agile delivery experience
