Salesforce Developer – Financial Services Cloud / Marketing Cloud
Location: Liverpool (hybrid working)
Salary: Up to £74,000 + benefits
A large, established financial services organisation is undertaking a significant Salesforce transformation, repositioning the platform as a long‐term strategic capability. As part of this, the business is building its Salesforce capability in‐house, reducing reliance on external partners and forming a high‐performing internal delivery team.
They are now looking for a Salesforce Developer with experience in Financial Services Cloud or Marketing Cloud to join their Liverpool-based team.
The Role
You’ll work closely with product owners, architects and stakeholders to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. This is a product‐led role with long‐term ownership rather than short‐term, project‐based delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing and enhancing Salesforce solutions across FSC and/or Marketing Cloud
- Building Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and automation
- Delivering integrations and data‐driven functionality
- Contributing to platform standards, best practices and releases
- Supporting the transition to a fully in‐house Salesforce model
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Lightning Experience and declarative tools
- Experience in agile delivery environments
- Regulated industry experience is beneficial but not essential
