Software & Firmware Test Engineer (QA)

Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid – 3 days on-site)

We’re hiring a Software & Firmware Test Engineer to join a team developing cutting-edge surveillance and security technologies that make a real difference in public and commercial safety.

What you’ll be doing:

• Testing embedded systems and software on real hardware
• Automating tests and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborating with hardware and software teams to troubleshoot and improve quality
• Driving continuous improvement in QA processes

What we’re looking for:

• Strong programming skills (C/C++, Python)
• Experience with embedded systems, RTOS/Linux, networking protocols
• Familiarity with Git, Jira, and CI/CD tools
