• 20+ years of overall IT experience
• Expertise in enterprise architecture design and principles
• Strong experience in Security, Integration, and Technical architecture
• Experience working in multi-supplier environments
• Experience leading architectural governance including TDA
• Knowledge of data, UI, and integration technologies; problem-solving in architecture and design
• Leadership experience with senior architects
• Experience developing business transformation roadmaps with end-to-end solution design
• Knowledge of solutions like customer IDAM, integration strategy, release, and data migration strategies
• Ability to optimize costs while maintaining IT integrity
• Experience governing architectural deliverables from suppliers
• Proven track record in delivering transformation programs
