Cloud Hosting Technology Lead - Contract Opportunity

Location: Wokingham (Full Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months

Rate: +/- £250/day (Umbrella PAYE)

The Role:

As the Cloud Hosting Technology Lead, you will be pivotal in managing and delivering reliable, scalable cloud hosting and technology services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining and implementing service strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Owning incident, problem, and change management processes to ensure service stability.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to meet service expectations and SLAs .
• Driving continuous improvement and managing risk assessments for cloud operations.
• Providing strong leadership and guidance to technical teams.
• Ensuring strict compliance with security standards, governance, and regulatory requirements.

About You:

• Strong, demonstrable experience in managed services, cloud hosting, and IT service management.
• Expertise in major cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud ).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams .
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks and the service lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Additional Information:

• Must be eligible for SC (Security Check) Vetting .
• Willingness to work a 4-on, 5-off shift pattern (07:00-19:00 and 19:00-07:00 shifts).
