Copilot & AI Agent Consultant

We’re looking for a hands-on Copilot & AI Agent Consultant with Microsoft partner experience to help shape, build and deliver Microsoft Copilot and agent-based solutions for enterprise customers.

This role is suited to someone who can work directly with customers, turn requirements into practical use cases, and build solutions that drive real adoption and value.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running customer workshops to identify Copilot use cases, priorities, and solution approach
• Designing and delivering Microsoft Copilot solutions
• Building and configuring AI agents / agentic solutions
• Advising on security, governance, compliance, and rollout best practice
• Working across business and technical stakeholders to move from idea to delivery
• Supporting adoption, optimisation, and long-term value realisation

What we’re looking for

• Microsoft partner experience is essential
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot
• Experience building AI agents
• Customer-facing consulting experience
• Strong understanding of M365, Modern Work, governance, security, and adoption
• Able to combine technical depth, consulting credibility, and delivery focus

• PAYE contract
• Up to 18 months
• Remote, UK-based
