Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant – Enterprise Support

We’re looking for a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant to join a high-performing Customer Support & Success team that’s dedicated to delivering world-class service and innovation.
In this role, you’ll work with global enterprise clients to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide proactive guidance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes. You’ll be part of a collaborative, multicultural environment where your expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Investigate and resolve complex CRM and Power Platform issues for enterprise customers.
- Deliver both reactive and proactive support, including technical mentoring, workshops, and supportability reviews.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of mission-critical issues.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing through documentation, training, and triage participation.
- Analyse logs and telemetry using advanced tools to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotations (where applicable) to support 24/7 service availability.
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with CRM systems, particularly Dynamics 365 or similar platforms.
- Experience in debugging and performance tuning across Dynamics and Power Platform.
- Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate).
- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web APIs).
- Familiarity with .NET/C#, SQL Server, and data modelling.
- Experience with cloud identity and authentication (e.g., Entra ID, OAuth).
- Scripting knowledge in PowerShell or Python is a plus.
- Exposure to Azure services, Active Directory, and O365 environments.
- Relevant certifications in CRM, Power Platform, or cloud technologies are a plus.
- Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) and marketing automation tools.
