HR Digital & Data Implementation Lead

Central Government client 6-month contract | Somerset – 2 days per week | £350-£400 per day

We’re hiring an HR Digital & Data Implementation Lead for a central government client on an initial 6-month contract.

This role will focus on HR systems improvement, data governance, people analytics and digital HR transformation, with a strong emphasis on iTrent.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading HR systems and data improvement activity
• Driving data governance, cleansing and retention alignment
• Embedding additional iTrent functionality, including self-service and automation
• Developing people analytics dashboards using iTrent DataMart and Power BI
• Supporting wider HR digital transformation and process improvement work

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong experience across HR systems and digital tools
• Good knowledge of iTrent / MHR
• Experience delivering people analytics and dashboards
• A background in HR data governance and data quality improvement
• Strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills
