Information Technology Support Engineer

IT Support Engineers (SC) | On-site

Location: Bristol BS34

Contract: 3-month rolling

Rate: £18.87 per hour

IR35: Inside

We’re hiring 2 × SC-cleared IT Support Engineers for on-site work in Bristol. Immediate starts for short-term engagements.

What you’ll do

• Device refresh & builds: Win10/11 imaging (Intune/SCCM), secure device wipes , kit configuration & user handover
• Progress & records: Provide build-completion updates to the Deployment Manager; update the AMDB (Asset Management Database) ; maintain accurate asset/stock control
• Support & fixes: Ticket/queue management with SLA updates, hardware triage/break-fix (HP/Dell) , AD/M365 support

Must have

• Active SC Clearance
• Recent deskside/field experience in enterprise environments
• Strong customer communication; reliable on process, documentation & SLA discipline

Nice to have

• ServiceNow/Remedy exposure, basic networking, VIP support
