Lead Developer

We're on the lookout for a Lead Developer to join the General Dental Council – one of our key public sector clients. This is a great opportunity to lead a team delivering high-impact D365 and Power Platform solutions that directly support healthcare regulation in the UK.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid – 2 days p/week on-site)

Salary: Up to £67,505

Role Highlights:

• Lead a team of developers delivering Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
• Oversee full SDLC: design, development, testing, and deployment
• Support and maintain Power Apps across Azure cloud environments
• Drive technical standards, code quality, and DevOps practices
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and improvements
• Approximately 50/50 hands off leading to hands on developing

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
• Skilled in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Proficient in C#, .NET , and JavaScript
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD tooling
• Proven ability to lead or mentor a technical development team
