M365 Senior Project Manager – M365 Tenant Consolidation
We’re supporting a major enterprise transformation programme and are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of a large-scale Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation.
This is a high-impact role managing a complex multi-workstream migration across identity, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, devices, security, and migration tooling. You’ll take ownership of delivery across multiple suppliers and senior stakeholders, driving structure, pace, and control throughout the programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of a complex Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation programme
- Manage scope, roadmap, RAID, dependencies, and delivery milestones
- Coordinate multiple suppliers, partners, and technical stakeholders
- Oversee key workstreams across identity, messaging, collaboration, devices, and security
- Drive governance, reporting, and executive-level updates
- Ensure migration plans, sequencing, and readiness activities are aligned and delivery-ready
- Challenge delays, resolve blockers, and keep the programme moving
Required Experience:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise Microsoft 365 programmes
- Strong understanding of Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, identity, endpoint, and security dependencies
- Experience working across multiple suppliers in complex environments
- Strong control of scope, risk, governance, documentation, and programme delivery
- Able to translate technical challenges into clear delivery decisions
- Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations or M365 tenant consolidation
- Experience delivering multi-year phased migration programmes
- Exposure to large, complex enterprise environment
