We're supporting a leading organisation undergoing a significant multi-year transformation programme and are looking for a Project Manager with vehicle leasing / fleet management experience to join their team on an initial 12-month contract.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of business-critical projects supporting a major customer account, working directly alongside senior programme leadership to drive operational improvements, process transformation and service enhancements.

The Role

You'll be responsible for leading and delivering multiple projects across a complex and evolving transformation landscape. The work spans operational process improvements, asset management initiatives, customer-focused enhancements, audit-related activities and data-driven improvement programmes.

This role requires far more than traditional project administration. We're looking for a Project Manager who can thrive in ambiguity, create structure where governance is still maturing, and build momentum across challenging stakeholder groups.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering multiple transformation projects simultaneously
  • Managing risks, dependencies and project governance
  • Driving operational and process improvement initiatives
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders and business leaders
  • Creating clarity and accountability across complex workstreams
  • Supporting the mobilisation and delivery of new programme initiatives
  • Ensuring successful delivery against customer and business objectives

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering business transformation and operational improvement projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements
  • Experience managing ambiguity and driving delivery without complete structure
  • Strong governance, reporting and risk management capabilities
  • Ability to engage effectively with both operational teams and senior leadership

Desirable Experience

  • Fleet, automotive, mobility or asset management environments
  • Service improvement programmes
  • Customer-facing transformation projects
  • Telematics, data or operational performance initiatives
