Python Developer (Flask) | AWS | MongoDB | CI/CD

Salary: up to £48,000 + benefits | Hybrid/Flexible (office collaboration encouraged) | UK travel occasionally

We're hiring a Python Developer to build and support high-performance, scalable web applications. You'll work across backend, APIs, deployments and modern cloud tooling in a collaborative delivery team.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain Flask applications
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs
  • Work with MongoDB (schema design, performance, data modelling)
  • Support containerised deployments using Docker
  • Deploy/manage services on AWS
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
  • Contribute to front-end UI using HTML/CSS/Bootstrap/JavaScript

What we're looking for

  • ~1.5+ years commercial Python web dev experience
  • Strong Flask + MongoDB skills
  • Comfortable with AWS, Docker, Jenkins, Git
  • Solid communicator, proactive problem-solver
