Recruitment Manager (SC Cleared)

In order to be successful, you will have the following background:

  • Previous recruitment experience, either in-house or consultancy
  • Experience gained within technology and innovation settings
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • SC Cleared

Within this role, you will have the following experience:

  • Manage recruitment process and act as central liaison between external suppliers and candidates to maintain operational continuity and process integrity
  • Review and Triage candidates ensuring a healthy flow of candidates are loaded on to our recruitment pipeline
  • Manage direct oversight of the recruitment pipeline using current technology; interface with internal labs to evaluate and improve procedural efficiency
  • Liaise with external suppliers and manage our internal team to schedule progress candidates through our internal pipeline
  • Monitor candidate progression; conduct employment roundtables with senior leadership and interview teams to determine advancement and selection outcomes
  • Coordinate scheduling and induction for new joiners, ensuring alignment with operational standards
  • Manage personnel clearances and clearance transfers in accordance with security protocols
  • Maintain compliance with the Quality Management System and ISO accreditation through audit execution and procedural improvement
  • Oversee optimisation of business processes across timesheets, invoicing, and policy management for maximum operational precision
  • Manage supplier relations, office operations, and administrative infrastructure to sustain functional readiness
