Salesforce Project Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Lead to drive a large-scale implementation programme, leading multiple workstreams and ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.

Day to Day Duties:

• Lead and coordinate multiple workstreams across a complex implementation
• Manage programme governance (RAID logs, risks, dependencies, change control)
• Run programme boards and deliver clear, accurate status reporting
• Oversee plans, timelines, and financial forecasting
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, handling escalations
• Track KPIs and performance via dashboards
• Drive continuous improvement and streamline ways of working
• Ensure alignment across teams and clear programme success criteria

Key Experience Required:

• Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations
• Strong background in SaaS or cloud-based project delivery
• Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and IT operations
• Excellent planning, risk management, and problem-solving skills
• Confident stakeholder manager with strong communication skills
• Experience in utilities (nice to have)
