About the Role

What You’ll Do

• ✅ Architect and manage Kubernetes clusters (with Istio service mesh) for security, scalability, and uptime.
• ✅ Design and implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and modern DevOps practices.
• ✅ Optimize Azure environments for cost, performance, and resilience.
• ✅ Own observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry—reduce detection and response times.
• ✅ Build and streamline CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) for faster, safer deployments.
• ✅ Lead and mentor a team of engineers, define technical roadmaps, and deliver strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deep experience with Azure (AWS exposure is a plus).
• Strong IaC skills (Terraform, Pulumi, ARM, Bicep).
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and service mesh tech.
• Solid programming in Python, PowerShell, Bash (bonus: C#, Go, TypeScript).
• Hands-on with Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, and modern observability stacks.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects in regulated environments.
