We’re hiring a Senior Service Executive to take ownership of key accounts, drive delivery performance, and strengthen how we partner with clients.

What you’ll be doing

This is a hands-on, commercially aware delivery role where you’ll manage multiple moving parts across clients, candidates, and internal teams.

• Own service delivery across a portfolio of IT services clients
• Manage demand, SLAs, KPIs, and end-to-end delivery lifecycle
• Partner with recruitment teams to source, screen, and onboard talent
• Oversee contractor performance, engagement, and retention
• Track revenue, GP, forecasts, and contract performance
• Lead on reporting, insights, and client updates
• Manage compliance, risk logs, and governance processes
• Drive continuous improvement across service delivery

You’ll sit at the intersection of operations, client management, and commercial performance, giving you real visibility and impact.

What we’re looking for

We’re not looking for generic administrators. We want someone who understands services, thrives in complexity, and can balance detail with commercial thinking.

• Experience in IT services, MSP, outsourcing, or recruitment delivery environments
• Strong client-facing experience and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple workflows across delivery, finance, and compliance
• Commercial awareness, understands revenue, margins, and growth opportunities
• Highly organised, detail-driven, and process-focused
• Confident communicator who can influence internally and externally
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

If you’ve worked in a service delivery, account coordination, or managed services environment, you’ll already understand the pace and expectations.
