Talent Acquisition Specialist

An exciting 12 month contract opportunity for an experienced Technology recruiter working in-house for a consultancy client who operate in the defence market.

In order to be considered for this role the following skills and experiences are required:

• Proven Technology recruitment experience whether internal or agency
• Experience of placing a variety of tech roles with an emphasis on Software Development
• Proactive, organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience of candidate and stakeholder management
• Experience of onboarding management particularly around personnel clearances and clearance transfers in accordance with security protocols
• Current Security Clearance is essential

This role is based in Central London and will require four days a week on-site.

Ideally candidates will be available to start in no longer than a month.
