- £60,000 – £70,000 + benefits

Are you passionate about delivering complex digital transformation across major programmes within Defence, Security or Justice?
Our client is growing it's Technology & Transformation practice and are looking for consultants with experience in digital delivery, programme transformation and stakeholder engagement within secure environments.
What you’ll do:
- Support the design and delivery of major programmes
- Drive digital and operating model transformation
- Contribute to governance, PMO, risk and performance management
- Facilitate workshops and engage senior stakeholders
- Support business development and proposition growth
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience working in a digital delivery environment
- Industry experience within Defence & Security
- Experience delivering projects within large programmes, either in-sector or within consulting/professional services
- Commercial awareness in project delivery (e.g. supply chain risk, controls, incentives)
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present at all organisational levels
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and creative thinking skills
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary and fast-paced environments
- High levels of personal motivation and drive
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
