A fast-scaling AI startup is on a mission to transform how complex, service-based industries operate. They're now looking for a hands-on, forward-thinking VP of Engineering to lead their growing technical organisation.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge AI-powered SaaS products.
• Stay close to the code — review, guide, and contribute to key technical decisions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
• Define technical architecture and ensure scalability, performance, and security.
• Partner with product and design to deliver impactful, user-centric solutions.
• Drive innovation in automation, AI integration, and large-scale systems design.
• Contribute to strategic planning and the technology roadmap.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading engineering teams within a tech-driven, product-focused organisation.
• Strong background in Python, cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP), and modern system design.
• Track record of delivering scalable SaaS or AI-enabled platforms.
• Strong academic foundation in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Startup or scale-up experience and a genuine passion for building products that solve real problems.
• Ambition to grow into a CTO or senior technology executive role.

• £100,000 Salary Per Annum + Generous Equity
