Workday / ServiceNow Integration SME | Contract | Remote (UK)

Drive the next generation of AI-ready enterprise self-service.

We're looking for a highly skilled Workday integration SME (with strong ServiceNow experience as a close second) to support enterprise customers in deploying connector solutions that enable modern, AI-powered self-service across HR, IT, and Facilities.

You'll act as the technical authority on how Workday and ServiceNow integrate into large-scale systems—feeding structured, reliable data into next-generation automation and AI experiences.

This role sits at the intersection of enterprise integration, process automation, and the emerging wave of AI-enabled workflows, giving you a real opportunity to influence how organisations modernise their employee experiences.

What You'll Own:

  • Guide customers through connector deployment, configuration, and end-to-end troubleshooting
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, enterprise-grade integration patterns
  • Partner with engineering teams to enhance connector reliability, performance, and extensibility
  • Deliver workshops, reusable documentation, and best-practice guidance
  • Support escalations and help drive adoption of automation + AI-ready data flows

Key Projects:

  • Modernising enterprise self-service with clean, enriched data from Workday & ServiceNow
  • Integrating Workday first, ServiceNow second (and optionally SuccessFactors)
  • Enabling future AI capabilities through high-quality integration architecture
  • Providing product and platform feedback based on hands-on customer delivery

What Great Looks Like:

Must Have

  • 4+ years of Workday integration experience (Studio, PECI, Core Connectors, HCM data flows, etc.)
  • Strong ServiceNow integration exposure (ITSM/HRSD ideally)
  • Strong understanding of APIs, authentication models, and enterprise data flows
  • Comfortable working in complex customer-facing technical environments
  • Cloud integration fundamentals (Azure, AWS or similar)
