Senior Testing Specialist - SuccessFactors - Remote

We're looking for an experienced Senior Testing Specialist to join a high-performing digital transformation programme focused on delivering robust, scalable solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

This role will suit a confident, proactive tester with strong SuccessFactors experience and a solid track record of leading test frameworks and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver testing activities across SuccessFactors implementations

• Build and maintain test frameworks and test artefacts

• Work closely with stakeholders to define test scope and understand testing requirements

• Take ownership of test delivery, ensuring completion within agreed time frames and budgets

• Report test progress, risks, and issues clearly to key stakeholders

• Capture and track testing metrics and KPIs

Essential Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' hands-on testing experience

• Strong, demonstrable experience with SuccessFactors

• Proven ability to build and test robust test frameworks

• Solid all-round testing knowledge across the SDLC

• Experience managing people and test delivery within projects

• Familiarity with testing tools such as ALM and Azure DevOps (ADO)

Desirable Skills

• Experience agreeing test requirements and scope with stakeholders

• Able to communicate clearly and confidently with technical and non-technical audiences

• Strong organisational skills and a proactive, delivery-focused mindset
