3rd Line Support Engineer - UK

An exciting opportunity for an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to join a global company who are looking to bring their support function in-house.

This is an opportunity to grow and lead a team and mentor junior IT support staff who will be supporting (Apply online only) users based across global offices.

Candidates will need to be based in the UK and the role is fully remote.

In order to be considered for this 3rd Line Support Engineer role most of the following experience is required:

  • Proven 3rd Line support experience
  • Extensive experience with Office 365, Azure and the Microsoft software stack
  • Networking - LAN, WAN, firewalls
  • Windows Server
  • ITIL
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous team leading and experience managing support tickets
  • Relevant Certifications such as Azure Administrator would be beneficial
