Role Overview
We are seeking a DV cleared Business Analyst to support critical Defence and Security programmes. You will work closely with delivery teams, senior leaders and portfolio stakeholders to improve ways of working, shape transformation initiatives, and ensure business objectives are translated into clear, deliverable outcomes.
This role goes beyond traditional requirements capture, combining business analysis, facilitation, coaching and delivery support in complex, high assurance environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and shape business challenges, translating them into clear outcomes, delivery goals and actionable change.
- Work with cross functional teams to improve ways of working, focusing on flow, value delivery and sustainable delivery practices.
- Facilitate workshops and delivery events to support team alignment, prioritisation and self organisation.
- Engage with senior leaders and portfolio teams to improve enterprise level processes, including portfolio management, risk and control.
- Identify delivery constraints, risks and dependencies, supporting teams to remove blockers and drive continuous improvement.
- Capture insights and lessons learned, sharing best practice across teams and the wider practice.
- Support the creation of an inclusive, collaborative team culture where contributions are recognised and aligned to shared outcomes.
- Produce clear, structured documentation to support decision making and governance.
Skills & Experience
- DV security clearance is essential.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting transformation or change programmes.
- Experience working across agile and traditional delivery environments, including both mature and immature teams.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable working at team and executive levels.
- Experience shaping programmes and aligning initiatives to outcomes and value streams.
- Knowledge of agile methods such as Kanban, Disciplined Agile and/or ICAgile (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, XP desirable).
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and pragmatically.
