Communications Manager

📢 NEW CONTRACT: Communications & Change Management Lead

I'm supporting a major global technology organisation with an initial 6-month transformation programme, with potential for permanent conversion.

We're looking for a senior Change professional to lead communications, stakeholder engagement and adoption around a major workforce / supplier transformation programme.

📍 US: Raleigh/Durham, San Jose, Austin or Atlanta

📍 UK: London or Manchester

🏢 Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite

✈️ Up to 10% fully funded travel

What we're looking for:

→ 10+ years' Change Management / OCM experience

→ Large-scale enterprise transformation experience

→ Ownership of change and communications strategy

→ Strong executive stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation

→ Demonstrable experience driving and measuring adoption

→ Experience with contingent workforce, labour sourcing, procurement, strategic suppliers, MSP or VMS transformation is highly desirable

→ Comfortable operating independently at Manager / Senior Manager level

Experience within a large global technology organisation would be a bonus.
