Location: Northampton / Hybrid (2 days on site per week)
Rate: £335/d - Umbrella only

Role purpose / summary

• Proven communications experience and expertise with excellent writing skills.
• Delivers complex messages in a clear and compelling way, working at pace, to tight deadlines.
• Ability to think strategically, creatively and solve problems
• Able to translate Technology objectives into integrated, targeted communications plans
• Relationship building skills with an ability to balance, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders across businesses and geographies to achieve buy-in to strategy, programmes and activity.
• Effective planner, with strong organisational & prioritisation skills, able to influence and negotiate
• Commercial acumen and business knowledge; understands banking strategy and organisational structures, business leadership teams and strategic priorities
