Role overview:

This role is critical to driving transformation across the ESN programme, with a strong focus on data reporting and dashboard development. The successful candidate will lead the setup of new reporting frameworks and ensure a smooth handover to the PMO team for ongoing delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the transformation of data reporting across the ESN programme
• Design and implement new dashboard reporting solutions
• Set up and optimize reporting processes using Microsoft 365 tools - MS Power Q, MS Power BI, MS 365, Sharepoint
• Drive programme delivery through to completion, ensuring handover to BAU PMO
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and ensure responsiveness

Required

• Proven experience in data reporting and dashboard development
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Excel)
• Familiarity with core systems: SAP, Salesforce/SiteTracker, Jira
• Ability to work proactively and lead programme-level initiative
