E Front Specialist

Key Requirements

Essential:

• Experience: 4–5 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within Private Equity, Alternative Investments, or Asset Management.
• Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of Private Equity business processes and product structures, particularly via indirect investment.
• Technical Skills: Proven hands-on experience with eFront Invest , eFront Insight , and Investment Café , including configuration, workflow design, and data/reporting modules.
• Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the Private Equity lifecycle—deal origination, due diligence, execution, portfolio management, and exit strategies.
• Documentation: Ability to draft clear business and functional specifications and translate them into system configurations or enhancement requests.
• Data Analysis: Advanced proficiency in Excel , and experience with Power BI or Tableau for reporting and analytics.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Prior experience with system migrations or eFront upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CFA , CBAP , or PMP are highly desirable.
