Executive Assistant

Team Administrator | High-Growth AI Environment | Central London (4 Days Onsite)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-scaling, innovation-led AI organisation based in Central London. This is a high-impact Team Administrator role supporting a dynamic, mission-driven health-focused team within a cutting-edge technology environment.

This is not a traditional admin role. We are looking for a proactive operator who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

The Role

You will provide high-level administrative and operational support to a senior leadership team, enabling them to focus on strategic, mission-critical work. The role blends executive support with programme coordination and operational delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Complex, multi-time-zone calendar management
  • International travel coordination and logistics
  • Executive meeting preparation, agenda management, and action tracking
  • Supporting onboarding processes and team logistics
  • Event coordination (offsites, team sessions, stakeholder meetings)
  • Expense management and purchase order tracking
  • Supporting operational planning and team reporting cadence
  • Acting as a trusted liaison across senior stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, global environments
  • Strong judgement and ability to prioritise in real time
  • Confident managing competing demands and ambiguity
  • Experience coordinating across multiple time zones
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working onsite 4 days per week in Central London

Experience within technology, innovation, healthcare, or high-growth environments is highly desirable.

Why This Role?

You will be joining a team shaping the future of AI-driven solutions with real-world impact. This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation, supporting leaders who are building products that challenge traditional approaches and redefine user experiences.

If you’re looking for a visible, high-trust role where you can make a genuine impact - we’d love to hear from you.
