Job Description:

Working within the team as a Software Engineer and individual contributor who can complete med/high complexity tasks with minimal supervision. Contributes to design and engineering decisions (ARIX 1 and 2).

Leads some design and engineering decisions (ARIX 1 and 2). Contributes to the engineering approach used by the team, coaching and guiding less experienced software engineers on the team.

Ensures their engineering approach complies with JLP Engineering Principles, the JLP Engineering Guide and JLP Quality Strategy and solutions are built using JLP Coding Principles. Is a hands-on software developer and this is a significant part of their role.
